We firmly believe that details make the difference; .it's very difficult to discern that the Vintage Speedsters' body is constructed of fiberglass--we painstakingly hand-laminate each Speedster body in high-quality molds. Equally important, we perform the necessary fit-and-finish work to satisfy the most demanding perfectionist. By the way, in pursuit of truth in advertising: it has been brought to our attention that an enthusiast-magazine advertiser of Speedster replicas is using in their ads the same photo of the black Speedster that you see at the top of this page; that car is not only a bona fide product of Vintage Speedsters... it's (VS's) Kirk Duncan's own personal car, and the photograph is the copyrighted property of Vintage Speedsters.

Structural Strength

The Vintage Speedsters body is structurally reinforced with a steel subframe for added rigidity. And unlike telemarketer .Speedster replicas, the body is strong, handlaid fiberglass. You have a choice of either standard or flare-fendered versions.

Everyday-Driveable

Your Speedster reproduction from Vintage Speedsters is a well-engineered, nimble, thoroughly reliable, everyday-driveable sports machine.

Extra care is given to making certain that the more difficult and time-consuming tasks are expertly completed for you. For example, the doors, decks and latches are pre-installed with a precise fit, the windshield is fitted into place, even the high-quality wiring harness is both included and installed! Vintage will provide as much of the remaining assembly process as you desire.
